Your Thoughts Needed: What Is Experience Design?

When new subscribers join this list, I ask a single question in the email that confirms them:

And the answer that I get, more than any other, is “experience design.” 

So let’s get into it. Unsurprisingly, I have thoughts. But I’d rather hear your thoughts to start with. So here’s my one question for you:
